We were accommodated quickly after missing our reservation time. The waiter seemed to be running around. The restaurant in general seemed understaffed, or maybe they were that busy. Great food, and great environment.
My partner and I have been to a few Francesca's restaurants, and this one is just as good as the rest. The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated and the food is clearly made fresh and on site. We ordered the seasonal special sweet potato soup and some standard entrees. All were brought to the table quickly and at the appropriate temperature. My only complaint is that the fresh ricotta cheese on top of the gnocchi was quite cold compared to the rest of the dish. Other than that, the flavors were full and we had to restrain ourselves from finishing the entire portion. When you're hankering for Italian food, definitely opt for a Francesca's restaurant over Olive Garden!
First time including the kids in a dine at Francesca's & they loved it too. Not often that you find kids being welcomed at a fine dining experience. Their plates were just as fantastic as ours. This is always one of our top five favorite places to dine. What a treat.
The food is way better than the prices. Best deal on really good food. Go there now if you haven't! We even order take out!
