Sat down with Suzanne Dobosz October 2017 to arrange travel to Texas and the Grand Canyon. Explained to her that we do not want to be part of group trips or activities. She stated she would email her suggestions, flight info, etc. We also asked her about a trip my husband was thinking of to Machu Pichu in January 2018 with a friend. She looked at my husband, and without even asking his health, endurance, etc she stated "that's a place for young people". Mind you, my husband works out 5 days a week and is in great health. Rec'd her email the next day and the Grand Canyon excursion was laden with a group bus tour schedule, arranged buffet dinners and other group activities. I politely responded with an email to decline this trip but thank you. She sent a response stating she hopes we "realize the amount of time" she spent putting this together and stated she should have charged a planning fee of $100.00. She actually stated " I did not do this because you both seemed so sincere and charming".
Ignores Rewards Info. This means that when you give them your IHG, Choice Hotel, Hertz, or Enterprise frequent "flyer" user info, they ignore and book however they please.

I have NEVER worked with such rude, condescending and aggressive customer service. She did not pay attention to our requests and her comment about Machu Pichu was horrific. I would never recommend dealing with her and regret even spending a moment trying to arrange a trip thru her. DO NOT CHOOSE HER!
Dana Young out of West Dundee is amazing to work with. We had to cancel our trip to the DR because of hurricane Maria and Lee right behind. Dana assured us we would be taken care of, especially since we purchased the trip insurance. Dana went out of her way to maje sure we were informed and satisfied.
